The Eagles and Bucs have played two teams in common. Barry defeated Nova Southeastern 2-1 and Eckerd 3-0. Embry-Riddle beat Eckerd, but lost 1-0 to NSU.

The Bucs lead the SSC in goal differential at +2.12, thanks in large part to their best-in-league 0.38 goals against average. Grimshaw has a conference-leading seven goals and is tied with five assists. Sharpe also has five assists and adds five goals.

The Eagles have played a very tough schedule so far as the Buccaneers will be the third ranked foe this season. They lost 3-0 to #12 Columbus State, but beat #21 Flagler 2-1. They have an even goal differential, scoring nine in eight games, but also giving up nine. Eva Jonsdottir and Savanna Sheahan are tied for the team lead with two goals. Annie Gelnaw has three assists to pace the team. Fanny Kristiansson and Dana Ruchti have split time in goal, combining for a 1.08 goals against average and an 80.4 save percentage.
