MIAMI SHORES, Fla.—The Barry men's soccer team faces their second straight ranked foe on Wednesday, Sept. 26 when they host the second-ranked Palm Beach Atlantic Sailfish at Buccaneer Field.

The Bucs are 6-1-0 on the season, coming off a 1-0 win at #14 Rollins last weekend. Flavio Colasanti scored the lone goal and Marco Sordi stopped eight shots, including a pair of penalty kicks to preserve the clean sheet. The Sailfish knocked off Saint Leo 1-0 at home and Tampa 2-1 in overtime on the road.

Colasanti, Francisco Greco and Ander Urkidi lead the Buccaneer offense with three goals and one assist each. Greco has two game-winners, with both coming in overtime. Amponsah Asamoah comes off the bench with a pair of assists to pace the team. Sordi has seen most of the time between the pipes for the Bucs, starting six games. He has made 23 saves, second-most in the SSC. Barry is third in the SSC in defense with a 0.56 goals against average and seventh in offense at 1.86 goals per game. 

Junior forward Claudio Rivadeneira leads the offense for the 'Fish with 4 goals and four assists for 12 points. Sophomore forward Marc Hebbecker is tied with four goals, while junior forward Raphael Campos has six assists to top the team. Junior Elliott Barker has seen the most time in goal, posting a 7-0-0 record with three shutouts and a 0.57 goals against average. The 'Fish are first in the league in offense at 3.78 goals per game and second in defense with a 0.44 goals against average.
