SUMMARY:
GAME ONE:

  • T-5th - Barry used a two-out, two-run rally to take the lead in the first game. After Cheyanne Head drew a two-out walk, Alayna Gallagher and Lynsey Duncan ripped back-to-back RBI triples.
  • B-5th - After facing the minimum through four innings, the wheels came off for the Buccaneer pitchers in the fifth. The Spartans only managed two hits, but a pair of walks, a hit batter and two errors, led to four runs. Madison Farrell had the big blow, a two-run single up the middle.
  • T-7th - Gallgaher had a double with one out and scored on a single by Geneva Santos, but Makayleigh Dooley got Avery Cotterill swinging with the bases loaded to end the game.
