WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. – Barry women's basketball team fell on the road to Palm Beach Atlantic, 68-52, Wednesday.
Three players scored in double figures for the Buccaneers, who outscored the Sailfish in the first and fourth quarters, but it wasn't enough.

SUMMARY:
- The Buccaneers built a 20-18 lead through 10 minutes of play. Barry shot 35.5 percent in the first half. PBA outscored the Bucs, 24-8, in the second quarter.
- Julia Paulin had 11 of her 16 points in the first half. She knocked down 4 of 6 field goals through the first two quarters.
- Lexy Schoonover had 15 points and eight rebounds. She scored 10 points in the first half.
- Kiara Palmer finished with 14 points and 13 rebounds.
NOTEWORTHY:
- Schoonover scored in double figures for the third time in four games, and fifth time this season.
- Palmer recorded her seventh double-double of the season.
- Barry had four blocked shots to PBA's one.
- Palmer has led the team in rebounding for the past nine games.

Barry hosts Tampa 3 p.m. Saturday on Homecoming. A Make-A-Wish event and campus activities will also be held that day.
