Deja Vu: Men's Hoops Fall at PBA

BarryU hosts Tampa 5 p.m. Saturday on Make-A-Wish Homecoming Day

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. – Barry University's men's basketball team lost by a point in a down-to-the-wire finish for the second straight season at Palm Beach Atlantic.

The Bucs fell behind, 47-34, at halftime, and outscored the Sailfish, 41-29, in the second half, but it wasn't enough. Barry had three field goal attempts in the final 38 seconds with time to spare, but could not convert. After the Sailfish intentionally missed a last-second free throw, and Sawyer Glick grabbed the rebound, setting up one last desperation possession for the Bucs. But Barry could not get off a shot.
