MIAMI SHORES, Fla.—The women's soccer teams faces off against the Tritons of Eckerd this weekend, as the Bucs celebrate the 2017 senior class and look to improve their seeding for the Sunshine State Conference and NCAA Tournaments.

The Bucs (8-2-2, 6-1-2 SSC) are riding a six-game win streak after knocking off Saint Leo and Florida Southern in the last week. After scoring just seven goals in the first six games, and allowing five, the Bucs have torched the nets for 14 goals in the last six games, allowing only three. Eckerd (6-6-0, 5-4-0 SSC) are also riding high, after bumping off conference front-runner Nova Southeastern last Saturday.
Barry is up to third in the conference in scoring at 1.75 goals per game and leads the league with a 0.67 goals against average. Amanda Traynor is tied for the conference lead with seven goals in 12 games. Christy Grimshaw has chipped in five goals and two assists, while Carissa Sanchez has three goals and three assists. Melanie Ziegner has a league-best six shutouts in 12 games. She is second in the league with a 0.65 goals against average and 81.8 save percentage.
Eckerd is fifth in the conference at 1.58 goals per game and 10th with a 1.48 goals against average. The Tritons are led by Stephanie Linton, who is tied with Traynor with seven goals, and Abby Sanchez, who is second in the league with five assists. Keeper Win Casey has a 1.50 goals against average and 77.8 save percentage.

2017 SENIOR CLASS
Hannah Durocher, a three-year letterwinner, is graduating early this summer with a degree in business and minor in psychology. Her first career goal was a big one, the game-winner against Florida Tech in 2015. She has played in 29 games and is making her first start tonight. A two-time member of the Sunshine State Conference Commissioner's Honor Roll, she is an outstanding student.
Megan Stow is a two-year letterwinner after transferring from Feather River Community College in California. She has played in 30 games, making 19 starts in the midfield. She scored her first career goal against Saint Leo last Saturday and has added two assists. She has been on both the President's List and Dean's List and was named to the SSC Commisioner's Honor Roll last season.
Amanda Traynor is a four-year letterwinner, having played in 64 games with 59 starts. She has 22 career goals, including eight game-winners, and 13 assists. She was second team All-SSC as a sophomore, and first team All-Conference as a junior. Another outstanding student, she is a three-time member of the SSC Commissioner's Honor Roll.
