LAKELAND, Fla. -- Barry's top-seeded Ahmed Triki will play for the Intercollegiate Tennis Association South Region title.

Triki defeated teammate Carlos Gomez, 6-3, 6-4, in the semifinals Sunday. Triki advanced to his second ITA Region title in the last three years. He fell to former Bucs teammate Fabian Groetsch in 2014.

Barry's doubles team of Vivien Versier and Gomez lost to Saint Leo's Jaime Bueno and Oskar Nurmio, 8-5, in the quarterfinals.
