Box Score ALTAMONTE SPRINGS, Fla.—The Barry Buccaneers are making dramatics common-place at the NCAA Division II Tennis Championships after a 5-3 win over the Southwest Baptist men on Friday in the quarterfinals.

Last night, it was the Barry women dropping all three doubles before rebounding to win five singles and the match. The men followed the same formula today.

The Tigers top team, Andras Bori and Mark Eori, won the national championship in the fall and knocked off Samir M'Bioka and Sebastian Losavio 8-3. The Bucs' number three team came close to securing a point dropping 9-7 to the Tigers.

Singles however went almost all the Bucs' way. Losavio at number four and Dirk Bennighaus at number six won quickly and Filip Norrman evened the match 3-3 with a 6-2, 6-4 win over Peter Joos at number five. M'Bioka won a first-set tiebreaker and then put down Bori 6-2 in the second set.

The Bucs were extended to three set at number two and three. But Thomas Hipp came back from a first-set loss and second set tiebreaker to beat Dante Cipulli 3-6, 7-6, 6-3 to give the match to Barry.

The Bucs (23-3) advance to the semifinals on Saturday against the BYU-Hawai'i/Northwood winner.
