Box Score MIAMI SHORES, Fla.—The top-seeded Barry Buccaneers sunk the Rollins College Tars 3-0 in the Sunshine State Conference women's soccer tournament at Buccaneer Field Friday night.

Emelie Karlsson broke the scoring ice in the 38th minute.
Kassy Slattery cleared a ball long up the right side line and Karlsson out-raced the Tars' defense to set up a one-on-one chance with keeper Fran Nicoloso and deftly chipped the ball over her head for the score.
Tiina Sarrio added a goal in the 42nd minute on a 19-yard direct kick to give the Bucs a 2-0 lead at the half.
Tammie Thornton added an insurance goal in the 55th minute.
Olga Vargas sent a cross into the box and Thornton chested it into the goal.
The Bucs (14-4-2) out-shot the Tars 16-9, including 9-4 on goal.
Johanna Fischer posted her fifth straight shutout, making three saves. Fran Nicoloso had six saves for the Tars (13-6-0).
Barry advances to the championship game on Sunday, Nov. 9 at 1:00 pm against the University of Tampa, 2-1 overtime winners over Saint Leo.
