Box Score MIAMI SHORES, Fla.--The Barry Buccaneers watched one slip away at the Health & Sports Center on Saturday as the Rollins Tars came away with a 58-57 win in Sunshine State Conference action.

The Bucs trailed by four with 3.2 seconds left, but Polona Oberc nailed a three-pointer with 0.8 left on the clock to trim the lead to one. Rollins' Nicole Warder missed her free throw, but there was not enough time for Barry to get off a last shot.

Oberc and Yojana Rodriguez came off the bench to lead Barry with 10 points each. Mary Lou Johnston paced Rollins with 16 points. Candace Hensley had 13 rebounds to lead Rollins to a 46-29 edge on the boards.

Barry is back in action on Wednesday, January 29, on the road at Florida Tech. The Bucs return home on Saturday, February 1, hosting Tampa at 2:00 pm.
