Box Score MIAMI SHORES, Fla.--The Florida Southern Mocs slithered past the Buccaneers of Barry University with a 5-4 victory on Saturday.
The teams split the singles 3-3, including a thrilling upset of ITA #6-ranked Marc Becker by Barry's Samir M'Bioka at number one singles 6-4, 6-2. But the Bucs were forced to default at number three and number four singles due to injuries. Number three, Eric Holubec, was up a set and led 5-2 in the second before he was forced to withdraw.
The Buccaneers record slips to 8-8 overall and 3-2 in the Sunshine State Conference.
