Box Score WINTER PARK, Fla.--The Barry basketball teams dropped a pair of Sunshine State Conference games to the Rollins Tars in the Alfond Center Wednesday night.
In the women's game, the Tars won 76-45 after Barry had battled a 28-28 tie at the half.
Carolina Santamarina led Barry with 11 points, while leading scorer Jaida Williams was held to a season-low six points. Williams led the Bucs with 10 rebounds.
Kenya Storr led all scorers with 23 points, while Shannon Pranger added 21.
Barry falls to 11-10, 5-4 in the SSC. Rollins improves to 18-3, 8-1 in the conference.
In the men's game, Rollins won 73-67, after hitting six of eight free throws in the final minute.
Curtis Tonge led all scorers with 25 points and Luis Vazquez-Bello added 14. Eric Faber led Rollins with 17 points.
Barry falls to 11-9, 4-5 in the conference. Rollins improves to 14-7, 6-3 in the league.
