Box Score MIAMI SHORES, Fla.—The Barry women's soccer team slipped by the Tampa Spartans 2-1 in double overtime Saturday night at Buccaneer Field.
Tammie Thornton broke free up the middle and took a pass from
Ashley Snell to beat the Spartans' keeper, Susan Vaughn, for the game-winner at the 109:56 mark.

Barry returns to action on next weekend when the Bucs travel to Colorado to face third-ranked Regis (Friday, Oct. 5) and Metro State (Sunday, Oct. 7).
