Jorge Garcia took home Sunshine State Conference Golfer of the Week accolades after winning his second consecutive tournament at the Panther Invitational. The senior fired off rounds of 68, 72, 69 at Duran Golf Club to secure the victory and help the Buccaneers to a team victory at the event. The Miami native had four birdies on his final round back nine and at 7-under finished one-shot better than teammate Niclas Weiland for his third win of the season. Garcia's 14 birdies on the week were the most of any competitors in the field.
