Sonja Larsen earned Sunshine State Conference Player of the Week for the second week in a row after leading Barry to a 5-1 win over No. 3 Columbus State University. The senior defeated No. 3 Beatriz Lopez 7-6 (7-2), 6-3, and with doubles partner Verena Schmid defeated Candice Paya and Luise Sachs of CSU 8-0. In a 5-0 win over Valdosta State University, No. 1 Sonja Larsen defeated Daniella Barta 6-0, 6-1 and beat Sabrina Schmidt and Estee Widdershoven 8-2.
