Niclas Weiland helped lead Barry to a second-place finish at the annual GolfRank Invitational last week hosted by Nova Southeastern at PGA National's Champion course, home of the PGA Tour's famous "Bear Trap". The team finished with a three-round score of 871, while Weiland finished in first place. Over the three-round tournament, Weiland shot a score of 211 to finish five-under par shooting two rounds of 72 (E) and one round at 67 (-5). The victory was the second in Weiland's collegiate career.
