Coaching Philosophy
Barry Sports Performance is an evidence-based program designed around ground based and free weight training dominant, flexibility, movement screening, physical testing and the developmental level of the athlete. Equally important to physical preparation is the cultivation of an atmosphere that will accept no less than an elite level work ethic- a mental edge that can only be created through tenacity and vision
Strength Code
- The Student-Athlete is the Most Important Asset
- Be Professional
- Act With Integrity
- Pay attention to detail
- Be the best in both science and application of training
