MIAMI SHORES, Fla. -- The Barry Men's Basketball team picked up another Sunshine State Conference win taking down Embry-Riddle on Cesar Odio Court Saturday afternoon. The Bucs move into fifth in the league standings.

SUMMARY:
- 1H - Embry-Riddle went straight to working scoring right off the opening tip. Michael Bradley III scored the first Buccaneer basket with a bucket from behind the arc. It was a back and forth battle throughout the first 10 minutes. The Eagles grew a steady two possession lead, that the Bucs were able to erase and tie up at 44-all with 11 seconds remaining off a pair of free throws from Ryan Van Eyck. However, a buzzer beater three put ERAU on top just before the break. Malik Stanley led the scoring with 10 points. Barry shot 54-percent from the field and 62-percetn from three. | ERAU 47, Barry 44
- 2H - After ERAU scored the opening basket, Barry went on a 6-0 run to gain their first lead since the 10:26 in the first period. Both teams went back and forth until another big 8-0 run by the Bucs opened up the gap. Tarrance Warren had six of those points. The Eagles chipped away and came within a a basket of winning it after a costly Buccaneer turnover. But the shot did not fall and Barry was able to walk away with the win. Marko Šarenac and Warren led the scoring in the half with 11 and 12, respectively. Both teams struggled from distance, combined only making one three. | Barry 81, ERAU 80
NOTEWORTHY:
- Sarenac led Barry with 18 points and 10 boards, picking up his 11th double-double of the season.
- Warren and Stanley were also in double figures with 17 and 10.
- Deon Perry and Novak Perovic did all the facilitating with six and five assists.
- The Bucs hit a season high in free throw attempts at 34.
- Barry has now won three in a row at home against the Eagles.
- This marks the first come from behind victory for Barry this season.
