ORLANDO, Fla. – Barry University Women's Golfer earns their first Sunshine State Conference weekly honor since the 2023-24 season. Leonie Sinnhuber brought home the honor presented by Pollo Campreo for the week of Sept. 22-28 for her performance at the DBU Classic.
Sinnhuber finished tied for third place at the Dallas Baptist Classic at Oakmont Country Club in Corinth, Texas. The Austrian outscored 79 golfers with a 36-hole score of 3-under, 141, following rounds of 72-69. She was top-3 in par four scoring at 1-under, ranked fourth in par five scoring at 4-under, and totaled 20 pars and 10 birdies. Following a career-low performance, Sinnhuber was named to the All-Tournament team and helped the Buccaneers finish fifth as a team, besting five Top-25 squads.
The Bucs are are currently in action at the Pat Bradley Invitational hosted by FIU.
