MELBOURNE, Fla. -- Barry's Felix Diaz was named to the All-Sunshine State Conference baseball team, as determined by a vote of Sunshine State Conference head coaches with oversight and approval from member institution Athletic Directors.

The senior from North Brunswick, N.J., was selected to the Second-Team after leading the Bucs in batting and RBI. He hit .355 with 35 runs scored and 36 RBI. He slugged .497, adding 10 doubles, a triple and four homers and walked 28 times for a .451 on-base percentage. He totaled 15 multi-hit games, a team-best nine multi-RBI games and had the longest hitting streak (11) and reached base streak (24) on the team.
In addition to Diaz, centerfielder Kendry Noriega was named to the All-Defensive team. He posted 114 putouts and just one error in the outfield for a .991 fielding percentage.
