MIAMI SHORES, Fla. -- The Barry Buccaneers flayed the Florida Tech Panthers 62-48 in Sunshine State Conference women's basketball action on Cesar Odio Court on Saturday.

- 3Q - The Panthers came out gunning in the second half, getting a three-pointer from Sarah Liberatore to re-take the lead on the first possession and extending the lead to four with a free throw from Remingtyn Smith with 8:01 to play. But Barry settled in again with a 9-0 run, including four points from Audrey Jennings, who hit a pair from the line to give Barry a 32-20 lead they would never relinquish. - 4Q - Liberatore scored the first five points of the fourth quarter, before the Bucs ran off 10 straight points. Jennings hit another pair from the line with 5:17 left to push the lead to 13 points, 52-39. NOTEWORTHY:
- Jennings topped all players with 17 points and got 10 points each from Wallhoff and Bucknor in support.
- Liberatore led the Panthers with 14 points as the only player in double figures.
- Palmore had 14 rebounds and Bucknor added nine to help the Bucs edge the Panthers on the glass 45-41.
- The Bucs led 10-5 in second chance points.
- Barry led 17-6 on the fast break and posted a 20-point edge at the line.
