WHAT THEY ARE SAYING:
"We had a great start in the eights and jumped out front with Tech for the first 500m or so. We have been getting healthier each week, and while this isn't the finished product yet, it was great to see them execute a race plan."
-- Barry coach Nick Johnson
"In the four, All four of these athletes were sitting at the start line for the first time in their rowing careers, so we wanted to keep expectations realistic for them. It was certainly an eye opening experience for them, and I think they now have a better understanding of what racing is like at this level. Tauscher was really their saving grace, she kept them calm and focused and moving in the right direction."
-- Johnson
ON THE HORIZON
The Bucs will race at the Florida Intercollegiate Rowing Association (FIRA) Regatta on April 3.
