WHAT THEY'RE SAYING:
"It took us a little while to get warmed up, which meant a horrible first series of races, but we pulled it together for some good efforts during the second half of the morning. We learned a little about where we are in the SSC right now, and know that we have some work to do over the next month." -- Head coach Nick Johnson
"We had higher expectations in terms of where we wanted to finish compared to these two teams, but it's helpful to have it laid out in front of us exactly where we stand compared to the other top teams in the conference. Lots of work to do and lots of speed still to find." -- Assistant coach Travis Day
ON THE HORIZON:
The Bucs will now have a week-off before taking the water again on Apr. 5-6, at the FIRA Championships in Sarasota, Fla.
