Amber Smith led the Buccaneers to a pair of Sunshine State Conference wins last week. Against Eckerd in a 2-0 win, she led the defense that held the Tritons to just four shots on goal, three of which were 30+ yard free kicks. She also assisted on the game-winner to Molly Sharpe with a free kick in the 6th minute. Against #16 Rollins, she led the team to another shutout in a 1-0 double-overtime thriller. She swept a ball off the line in the 29th minute to preserve the shutout, then scored the game-winner in the second overtime period.
