Pierre Montrieul is awarded Sunshine State Conference Player of the Week honors for the second time in his career after an outstanding week for Barry men's tennis. The Beaumont, France product gained a 5-3 win over No. 4 Columbus State University defeating #1-ranked KP Pannu 6-3, 6-3 in the #1 singles spot. The sophomore and doubles partner Carlos Gomez defeated #2-ranked Pannu and Alvaro Regalado 8-6 at #1 doubles. The Buccaneers held onto a 5-3 win over No. 5 Valdosta State, in which Montrieul defeated Jordi Mas 6-3, 7-6 (4).
