DAVIE, Fla. --  The four game win streak gets snapped on the road, as the Barry Men's Basketball team returned to Sunshine State Conference action against top-ranked Nova Southeastern. The Buccaneers fell 95-70 in the Rick Case Arena on Wednesday evening.

SUMMARY:

• 1H - Breno Silva scored the first bucket of the contest after both teams traded a few missed shots to give Barry the first lead. It was a tight game through the first 15 minutes as the teams traded the lead back and forth. the Buccaneers last lead came off a Malik STanley three-point basket that had them up 29-27 with 5:16 remaining. Nova Southeastern then came in like a storm and finish the final five minutes on a 21-2 run to take a 17 point lead into the half. Silva led the team with nine points at the break hitting three triples. I NSU 48, Barry 31
• 2H - The game was well out of reach after the Sharks built a 20-point lead that got as big as 29 on three different occasions. Tarrance Warren and Silva were the only two offensive threats. NOTEWORTHY:

• Warren tied his season-best 25 points, his second 20-plus point outing this season. All off the bench.
• He made a season-high five 3-point baskets. 
• Silva scored a season-high 18 points.
• The Buccaneers shot better than the Sharks from behind the arc hitting 12-33 to the Shark 8-29.
• Gui Tesch had a game-high 11 boards, with 10 on the defensive end.
• NSU made more free throws (19) than the Buccaneers attempted (15).
• The Sharks doubled their paint points at 50-24 over the Bucs.
